I stopped in Monday morning to explain what was going on and although I didn’t have an appointment I was told that they would try to work me in. Within a couple of hours I received a text message saying what the problem was. I called and told them to go ahead with the repair and within another couple of hours I received a text saying that my truck was ready for pick up. I was thrilled that it didn’t take days or weeks to get my truck fixed. So happy to have this kind of service in our neighborhood that are so accommodating I highly recommend MRI for all of your service needs. This is the second time they have done excellent work for me. Guy at the front desk said that the mechanic, who parked it when it was done, said he had to get out using the passenger door. But no one mentioned any of this when I picked it up. Obviously they had to drive it into the shop and no one had an issue. I’m so disappointed."

I did price out two places and my own dealership where I work… They are friendly and helpful but honestly the pricing is too high. I did it because of scheduling and needed it done fast. Normally people will pay and never return after discovering being over charged … granted it has a 3 year warranty but the quality of parts are good. This is an honest review. It’s like going to the gas station to buy milk vs a grocery store when you are in a pinch."

"I had a very bad experience so i sure won't be recommending MRI autocare to anyone. All i came was to get a simple flat tire fix, and ended up being asked to change the entire tire. On Dec 7th, i went with a flat tire and i also mentioned where i think the leak is, it was a temp plug that was put in the tire. The shop ended up ignoring it completely and got the tire air valve changed instead. Before leaving, just to make sure, i asked if they were certain that this was the issue and they said yes. I drove back home, parked my car in the garage. The next morning the tire was Flat again and i couldn't drop my kid to school. I filled up the tire, went back to the shop for them to have a look. As soon as i reached to the shop the tire went flat again, the lady at autocare drove the car on the ramp with the Flat tire. Before she did that i ran outside to ask her to fill the tire as driving on Flat will damage the tire, but she said its fine and ignored what i said. When the tire was inspected i was told the plug came out and as it is a temp solution that should be replaced with the patch, which is what i expected them to do the first day i took the car with the problem. When they inspected the car further it was noticed that because the car was driven on flat tire it damaged the tire from inside and i have to now get a new tire. This is total negligence by autocare as i got the car to them on time and i had a peace of mind as i trusted that its in good hands. Now i have been asked to pay $300+ to get the new tire. How can they even ask me to pay that money when its totally their fault. I am totally baffled, surprised and disappointed by the way this has been handled."

"It was ok. The only real issue I have is things like, being told winter tires I had removed by you guys last year that the tires are garbage and you want to sell me new ones. Why didn’t you tell me that in spring instead of last minute? I feel the sales tactics are next level putting my life at risk with tires that should have not been used to sell me new ones later. I asked about my summer tires if ok and I got oh ya sure. Not sure how honest your crew is sometimes. Thanks just adding to this you guys again never cleaned out the excess oil in My truck and have a huge oil stain in my underground parking and will get charged a fee cause of it. Why can’t you guys do a proper job?"

"Work was good. But expensive. Prices seem higher than other shops. Lots of add on costs. Tightening two bolts extra ended up costing a 1/3 of an hour. Seems a bit greedy. As well, no discount for all the extra add on’s. At some point you’ve made your margin but the customer still has to pay straight time. No cost break down either. Service advisor couldn’t explain the cost breakdown. Overall, the service was good and the work was good. I appreciated the mechanic putting up with my DIY work and fixing a couple of my mistakes. Great experience just a bit expensive."

   I booked my vehicle in for an insurance inspection report.  A couple of items were identified that were needing to be addressed in order to pass the inspection.  The service rep was very informative and did not make me feel pressured to have any "non-safety" issues completed immediately.  I have been very impressed with the customer service to date and will be booking my vehicle in again for the remaining items that need fixing.
